Ms. Anele Somdaka is a passionate and accomplished leader with a strong background in the private sector and leading NGOs. She is the founder and director of Gubanca Somdaka. Ms. Somdaka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion from Walter Sisulu University.
She demonstrates her commitment to lifelong learning through her pursuit of an Advanced Diploma in Project Management at Cranefield College. In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Somdaka is a qualified and registered as a Moderator and Assessor. With her experience primarily in the private sector and leading NGOs, Ms. Somdaka has honed her leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

She excels at motivating teams, building capacity, and fostering growth through training and skills development. Ms. Somdaka has successfully managed the implementation of multimillion-rand projects in the private sector, public sector, and NGOs.

With her academic background, extensive experience, and exceptional skills, she is a strategic and results-driven professional who has a talent for organizational development, project management, monitoring and monitoring and evaluation, mentorship and continuous quality improvement. I would like to appreciate the organisers and sponsors for such an informative session.
The speakers covered many aspects that will assist us as emerging companies in planning, executing, monitoring and evaluation of our projects. They emphasize the importance of providing quality service to our clients as well as supporting each other by providing mentorship and guidance.

I was delighted to learn more innovative ways that we can use to upscale our businesses and Since most of us do not have an accounting background, we were reminded about the significance of pricing in order to maintain profitable margins and ensuring that we do not over or undercharge our clients.
